Job Description

  • Maintain accurate and updated records for all flight crew members by compiling their personal and professional information.
  • Ensure crew lists and related reports are accurately prepared and shared with the appropriate departments.
  • Organize and coordinate all travel arrangements for crew duty, including flight reservations, ticket issuance, hotel bookings, and per diem payments.
  • Track the validity of crew passports and ensure they are renewed on time.
  • Work closely with the Security Department and Load Control teams to add and update crew information on the Master Crew List (MCL).
  • Upload essential documents to the Airline Information Management System (AIMS), including passports, medical certificates, licenses, Crew Member Certificates (CMC), Dangerous Goods (DG) certificates, and other regulatory paperwork.
  • Manage the processing of crew documents with the Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission (CARC), including handling renewal payments and maintaining petty cash for crew-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to handle crew documentation, this includes collecting documents for new hires, creating and updating crew accounts in AIMS, sharing important communications (e.g., emails, memos, directives), and monitoring document expiry dates to ensure timely renewals
