Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets for marble, granite, and limestone exports.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing overseas clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international buyers to maximize profitability and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in target export regions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to diverse international audiences.
  • Represent Andalus Stone at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and expand the client base.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and market intelligence using CRM tools.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop export-focused promotional materials and campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in export sales, international business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B export environment.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations, documentation, and logistics processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in an office setting.
