Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive export sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets across assigned international regions.
- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with new distributors, agents, and key accounts in target export markets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the export sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research to analyse trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in international markets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with overseas clients and partners, ensuring compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
- Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management.
- Monitor and manage export documentation, shipping processes, and compliance with relevant export laws and regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance export sales processes, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
