Key Responsibilities:
- Design and enhance digital user experiences across web, mobile, and platform-based products.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts using tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive digital solutions.
- Analyse user behaviour, conduct usability testing, and implement improvements that drive engagement.
- Map and optimize customer journeys across digital touchpoints.
