Job Description

• Prepare and update inspection and sampling plans for receiving and in-process control.
• Manage the receiving inspection processes and the supplier improvement program.
• Follow up the implementation of the calibration of measurement equipment plan.
• Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures .
• Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible.
• Document Control for QHSE documentation system.
• Manage and follow up the non-conformists related with the quality of products and / or processes.
• Manage and follow up the customers’ complaints and ensures that the necessary corrective actions were taken.
• Plan and conduct internal auditing program for the IMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.

Job Requirements

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant field Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role
• 1-3 Years’ experience (preferred in metal industry)
• Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies
• In-depth understanding of technical documentation
• Familiarity with statistical analysis
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus
• V. Good command of using MS office programs (specially excel – access)
