What You’ll Achieve

Quality Assurance & Inspection:

• Carry out inspections for civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works in line with approved ITPs and project specifications.
• Verify that works conform to approved shop drawings, specifications, and relevant standards.
• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain Inspection Requests (IRs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and quality records.
• Review and provide input on Method Statements, ITPs, and other quality documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control logs and reports.

Coordination & Communication:

• Liaise with construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives on quality-related matters.
• Coordinate site walkdowns and inspections with consultants and clients.
• Ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues and follow-up on corrective actions.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify areas for improvement and recommend preventive measures to avoid recurring quality issues.
• Contribute to promoting a strong quality culture across all site teams.

What You’ll Bring to ACC

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Quality Control Engineer in the construction industry.

Skills & Competencies:

• Hands-on experience with large-scale commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
