• Lead fit sessions from Development sample to final production.
• Ensuring clear and concise fit comments are communicated to vendors.
• Work closely with the buying team to support the fit development process from a technical perspective.
• Be able to manage wearer trials with the aim of improving fit and gradings.
• Handle quality queries with vendors & customers.
• Ability to develop grade rules to match sizing requirements.
• Experience in 3D tools is advantageous.
• Management of the supply base, developing suppliers to become strategic partners to the brand MAX.
• Supporting and driving quality projects in collaboration with relevant departments within committed timeline.

Requirements

• bachelor's degree.
• +3 Years experience.
• Thinkers with a strong eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Solid garment manufacturing knowledge.
• Solid fabric and garment trims knowledge.
• Experience in 3D tools is advantageous.
