The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company’s quality management system
• Lead internal and external audits
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
• Train and mentor QA staff
• Analyze quality data and provide reporting to management
• Collaborate with supply chain, and other departments to improve solution and process quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
• 8–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control
• 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role
