Job Description

• Carry out daily quality control operations across production lines.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
• Conduct laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Document test results and prepare technical reports.
• Investigate quality issues and support in implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to quality management systems (e.g. ISO 22000 / HACCP).
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and warehouse teams to ensure product quality.

Job Requirements

• Education: B.Sc. in Science (Chemistry, Microbiology, or equivalent field).
• Experience: 1–2 years in a quality control role (preferably in the food industry).
• Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and testing techniques.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
