Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service representative for the Transcom & Tabby Chat account at the Private Sector. The role is located in Cairo. The Customer Service representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through chat, troubleshooting issues, providing information about products and services, and managing customer accounts. The representative will also be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring efficient communication with customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve issues effectively
  • Excellent communication skills for efficient interaction with customers
  • Background in finance to understand financial products and services
  • Customer service experience to manage and resolve customer inquiries effectively
  • Account management skills to oversee and maintain customer accounts
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
