Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticketing Agent located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Ticketing Agent will be responsible for managing ticket sales, handling reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating effectively with clients.

Qualifications

• 
  
• Experience in Amadeus system at least 2 years, basic.
• Proficiency in using booking systems and related software like (Air Arabia, fly Dubai, fly adeal , NDC,....)
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales skills and the ability to meet targets
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in ( tourism , AL- Alsun ,business , English or French sections ) preferred
