Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and optimize paid media strategies across multiple digital platforms to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end media buying processes, including planning, negotiation, execution, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  • Oversee budget allocation and ensure efficient spend across channels while maximizing ROI.
  • Negotiate rates and placements with media vendors to secure optimal value and exposure.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital media buying.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign outcomes, KPIs, and future recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with industry regulations, brand guidelines, and platform policies.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in media buying, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and programmatic networks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills for vendor and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
