Position Overview


We are seeking a Ticketing Executive to join our growing team in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissues, and fare calculations, ensuring a seamless travel experience for our VIP and corporate clients.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and strong knowledge of GDS systems. You’ll work closely with the travel consultants and operations team to deliver precise and high-quality travel solutions that align with our luxury standards.



Key Responsibilities


1. Ticketing & Reservations


• Handle bookings, cancellations, reissues, and refunds through GDS systems (Amadeus).

• Ensure all itineraries and ticket details are accurate and meet client expectations.

• Manage both individual and group flight arrangements for VIP and corporate travelers.

2. Fare Management & Documentation

• Prepare accurate fare quotes, issue invoices, and verify all ticketing details.

• Stay updated on airline fares, policies, and special offers to provide optimal solutions.

• Maintain proper documentation in compliance with airline and company procedures.

3. Client Service & Support


• Provide prompt and professional assistance to clients regarding booking inquiries or

changes.

• Handle upgrades, special service requests, and seating arrangements.

• Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to ensure smooth travel operations.

4. Coordination & Reporting


• Collaborate with the travel operations and accounting teams for seamless workflow.

• Generate periodic reports on bookings, ticketing, and revenue.

• Support management with data insights and travel cost optimization.

Skills & Qualifications


Essential Skills


• Strong knowledge of international ticketing and reservation systems.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to manage multiple bookings under tight deadlines.

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Technical Skills


• Proficiency in Amadeus.

• Understanding of BSP, IATA regulations, and fare construction.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience


• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in ticketing or travel operations.

• Experience with VIP or corporate clients is a strong advantage.

Education

• Diploma or degree in Tourism, Travel, or Hospitality Management.

• IATA or equivalent travel certification preferred.
