To strengthen our team in Cairo, we are looking for an experienced and motivated leader to join us as a Call Center Supervisor (m/f/d) – responsible for team leadership, scheduling, and process
Your Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and organize a team of Teleagents & Calculation staff
Supervise and control daily operations in both inbound and outbound activities
Plan shifts, distribute tasks, and continuously optimize workflows
Monitor target achievement and service quality using clearly defined KPIs
Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and coaching
Collaborate closely with senior management and the sales department
Prepare performance reports and implement improvement measures

Job Requirements
Your Profile
Excellent German language skills (spoken and written, at least C1 level)
Several years of experience in a call center, ideally within facility management, cleaning services, or staffing
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Confident handling of CRM systems, dialer software, and MS Office (especially Excel)
Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
Structured, solution-oriented, and motivational leadership style
High level of responsibility and the ability to prioritize effectively
