About the Role:


We are looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Media Buyer to lead our media buying efforts across multiple digital platforms. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of high-budget campaigns that drive business growth. You’ll bring advanced expertise in performance marketing, a data-driven approach, and the ability to mentor junior team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Campaign Strategy & Management:
  • Design, implement, and optimize media buying strategies that achieve business objectives, such as increased ROI, ROAS, and customer acquisition.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks
  • Develop and oversee advanced audience targeting strategies, including retargeting and lookalike audiences.


Budget Oversight:


  • Strategically manage and allocate multi-million-dollar ad budgets across various campaigns and platforms.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources by continuously tracking and reallocating budgets to maximize performance.


Performance Analysis:


  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize results.
  • Conduct in-depth A/B testing for ad creatives, bidding strategies, and targeting parameters.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports for internal stakeholders and leadership.


Collaboration & Leadership:


  • Work closely with the creative team to guide ad development, ensuring campaigns align with brand and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with analytics, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Mentor and support junior media buyers, fostering their growth and expertise.


Platform Expertise & Innovation:


  • Stay updated on platform changes, advertising policies, and emerging trends in digital media.
  • Explore and recommend new media buying opportunities, tools, and technologies to diversify and enhance campaign effectiveness.


Compliance & Best Practices:


  • Ensure all campaigns comply with platform guidelines and industry standards.
  • Maintain high standards of quality assurance, conducting regular audits to address discrepancies.


Experience:


  • 5+ years of experience in digital media buying, with a focus on performance-driven campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and delivering measurable results.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Strong understanding of ad tracking tools, including GTM, UTM parameters, and pixel implementation.


Skills:


  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of bidding strategies, ad placements, and targeting methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for stakeholders.


Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or programmatic platforms are a strong plus.
