About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our paid advertising strategies across key social media and search platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing large-scale advertising budgets and driving measurable business outcomes through data-led decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Management:
  • Develop, set up, and manage end-to-end paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms (Meta Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat) and Google Ads.
  • Design and implement advertising strategies tailored to the specific nature and goals of each campaign.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization:
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve the best possible results against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPL (Cost Per Lead), and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).
  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the creative and content teams to ensure all advertising materials are aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and spend to maximize ROI.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Media Buying.
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads.
  • Technical Skills:
  • High proficiency in using Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with other advertising and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Core Competencies:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into a strategic roadmap for campaigns.
  • A strategic mindset focused on achieving business goals.
  • Preferred Qualification:
  • Prior experience targeting or working within the Saudi Arabian market is a significant advantage.
