Position: Gas Operations (Upstream Operations)

Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in gas plant operations and process engineering (onshore; sweet & sour gas).

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Gas Operations team (Upstream Operations). The successful candidate will be responsible for safe, reliable, and optimized operation of gas processing facilities, covering the full spectrum from compression to NGL recovery and export.

This is a hands-on operational role requiring deep technical expertise, cross-discipline coordination, and a commitment to safety, compliance, and performance excellence.

Minimum Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Eng./B.Sc.) in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in gas plant operations and process engineering (onshore; sweet & sour gas).
• Proven track record in troubleshooting, optimisation, and reliability improvement in gas processing facilities.
• Lead and support day-to-day operations of upstream gas facilities, ensuring optimal uptime and process efficiency.
