Job Title : SR . Project Coordinator

Project Location : Cairo


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate effectively between site teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
  • Monitor project schedules, track milestones, comparing actual performance with planned targets based one regular progress reports .
  • Support the Project Manager in project planning, risk assessment, resource allocation, and preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
  • Participate in progress meetings with consultants and clients, follow up on inspection requests, and ensure timely resolution of site issues.
  • Following up shop drawings submission, cost estimates Vos and claims
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and approval of materials and equipment in line with the project schedule.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and supporting implementation of project management best practices
  • Act as a link between different teams to ensure smooth communication and effective collaboration
  • Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability and progress.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
  • 5–8 years of experience in construction
  • Solid knowledge of project management principles and scheduling tools (Primavera / MS Project).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with consultant procedures and standard construction specifications.
