Overview

- Follow company policies related to Security, Safety, Food Safety, Resource Conservation, and Environmental Protection.
- Propose new ideas and suitable solutions for various issues that negatively impact product safety.
- Achieve KPI results according to AOP.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the implementation of food safety requirements within production departments through regular daily site inspections.
- Review and monitor the execution of departmental plans related to food safety.
- Participate in delivering training programs on various food safety topics to raise awareness among employees across all departments.
- Contribute to the preparation of HACCP plans.
- Participate in implementing internal audit plans according to PepsiCo, AIB, FSSC, and NFSA standards for production areas and warehouses.
- Ensure proper implementation of corrective and preventive actions as per the action plan.
- Supervise the application of standard methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
- Collaborate with the pest control team to execute the program according to the scheduled timeline and report any infestations within the facility.
- Participate in implementing periodic activities required by consumer protection programs against manufacturing risks, such as preventive maintenance, regular cleaning and sanitization of the site and production lines, and employee training programs.
- Participate in investigating food safety incidents and ensure corrective and preventive measures are applied.
- Follow up on product hold, release, traceability, and recall cases related to food safety.
- Attend monthly food safety meetings.
- Conduct and monitor periodic document reviews (Document Hunt).
- Execute and review Recall and Traceability processes as per required frequencies.
- Accompany external inspections by AIB, FSSC, and the National Food Safety Authority within the facility.
- Perform the duties of the Food Safety Supervisor in their absence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or science.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Skilled in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to develop innovative, scientifically based solutions.
