Job Summary
As a Reservations Agent at BridgeRetreats, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and returning guests. You will manage bookings, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional service to ensure a seamless reservation process. Your hospitality expertise and attention to detail will help create a positive guest experience from the first interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound reservation calls and emails with professionalism and warmth.
Accurately input guest bookings into the reservation system.
Provide detailed information about resort features, room types, availability, rates, and special packages.
Upsell resort services and special offers to maximize revenue.
Coordinate with and operations teams to ensure guest preferences and special requests are met.
Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and last-minute changes efficiently and courteously.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort policies, promotions, and local attractions.
Follow company standards and hospitality etiquette in all guest interactions.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in reservations, front desk, sales or guest service roles in the hospitality or travel industry and sales intensive experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Fluent command of English Language is a MUST
Familiarity with hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar platforms).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with a proactive attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as needed.
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
