International Recruitment Brief – Stonemason / CNC Operator

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced stonemasons and CNC stone machine operators for long‑term employment at our production facility located near Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. This position is suitable for qualified overseas workers with proven experience in granite, marble, and quartzite fabrication. The company provides full visa support and free accommodation.

About the Role

Selected candidates will work in a modern stone fabrication workshop specializing in high‑quality granite, marble, and quartzite products. Tasks include cutting, shaping, polishing, CNC operation, and finishing of stone products such as façades, kitchen countertops, bathroom cladding, fireplace surrounds, and custom architectural elements.

Core Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain 5‑axis CNC saw (Emmedue) using EasyStone CAD/CAM software.

• Operate and maintain CNC edge polisher (Comandulli) using Omron control system.

• Operate semi‑automatic saws (Nuovo Mondial Mec).

• Perform manual edge polishing and surface finishing using professional tools (Manetone / Zatoni).

• Carry out stone repairs, gluing, and sink cutouts (manual & automated).

• Shape and polish edge profiles using routers (Ghines).

• Fabricate fireplace surrounds and other custom products according to technical drawings.

• Perform surface treatments including stone flaming.

Working Conditions & Benefits

• Salary: USD 800–1,000 per month (depending on skills and experience).

• Working hours: Up to 10 hours/day (Monday–Friday) + 5 hours on Saturday.

• Payment schedule: Monthly.

• Visa & Work Permit: Fully provided and sponsored by the company.

• Accommodation: Free shared accommodation (beds, kitchen, bathroom facilities).

• Food: 50% reimbursement of food expenses.

• Travel reimbursement: Negotiable.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience operating CNC machinery in the stone industry.

• Strong cutting, shaping, and fabrication skills using stone slabs.

• Hands‑on experience working with natural stone (granite, marble, quartzite).

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and precision.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Responsible, punctual, and solution‑oriented approach to work.

• Intermediate English level for effective communication.
