Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities · Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries · Submitting the customer profile data efficiently · Submitting the customer reservations in time efficiently · Receiving customers problems and Data entry into customer databases · Build customer interest in the services offered by the company · Maintain records of telephonic interactions · Update the existing databases with changes and the status of each customer/prospective customer
Key Competencies and Experience · Good social skills Pleasant and friendly mannerism and to be very confident · Six months or more experience in a call center environment · Basic computer knowledge · Good verbal and oral communication skills · Ability to comprehend capture as well as interpret basic customer information · Ability to handle complaints and have attention to detail · Ability to manage difficult customer situations and to treat people with respect under all circumstances · Ability to work well as part of a team · Must have good listening skills · A sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
