We re looking for Back-office customer services
Responsibilities:
-Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
-Communicating with customers through various chats and tickets.
-Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
-Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
-Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
-Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
-Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
-Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Requirements:
-Bachelors degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field.
-At least 1 year of experience in CS.
-Familiar with social media and live streaming apps.
-Creative and innovative in work scope.
-Fluent in English speaking and writing.
-Capable of working under pressure and willing to work with a flexible work schedule.
-Skilled in communication and good at handling problems.
-Self-motivated, results-driven, professional and efficient.
-Internet-related experience is preferred.
2 days off.
8 hours and one hour break.
