Job Description
Provide coordination support to all members of the team with a focus on the Executive Recruitment team, including meeting arrangements.
Organize, update and maintain filing systems for the department including electronic and paper files; ensuring the team has easy-to-access information and resources to run an effective service to members and where appropriate.
Organize and coordinate meetings and events as directed by the team as well as attendance as required to provide administrative support.
Update and maintain logs of inquiries received and responses given; update member records as required.
Provide administrative assistance to the team with the development of surveys, and appropriate research to inform the team.
Liaise closely with all team members acting as a conduit for information between team members including liaison with other team members to coordinate the teams work.
Candidate liaison, including responding to speculative CV submissions.
They are administering employment reference requests.
Scan all the applications and CVs that we received.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related area
1+ years of experience working in Human Resources.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Sense of responsibility and taking ownership.
