Pepla is hiring a customer service representative for a night shift and a weekend shift.

Working hours: Sunday 6 pm to 12 am

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat on all social platforms.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
• Work with internal departments to meet customers needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette and English Language is a MUST.
• Ability to work remotely and be prompt.

Salary

• 5,000 EGP
