Job Description
Capable of using SIS to update Catalogue , sections, and registration for new students .
Processes, maintains, and verifies applications and workflows from students for transfers, withdrawals, re-enrolments, readmissions & program/major changes.
Prepares accurate registration lists with the finance department and keep it up to date.
Update students on academic policies and procedures.
Responsible for answering TMU Registration email and contacting students directly through phone calls when needed .
Prepare for the exams schedule with schools.
Review Report and keep record of deadline with Main Campus Registration team.
Monitors all outgoing and incoming report records from different departments (class lists, grade sheets, completion forms, etc.).
Disseminating regular updates on schedules to process requirements (e.g: Add & drop form, drop semester form, withdrawal form, enrollment letter, etc.)
Assesses students eligibility for enrolment and academic probation.
Working on a scheduling process through either Manual or Automatic process each semester
Fulfill students and parents questions directly through phone calls or in person professionally and maintain student record confidential .
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
Computer skills.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to keep accurate records
