Job Description
- Capable of using SIS to update Catalogue , sections, and registration for new students .
- Processes, maintains, and verifies applications and workflows from students for transfers, withdrawals, re-enrolments, readmissions & program/major changes.
- Prepares accurate registration lists with the finance department and keep it up to date.
- Update students on academic policies and procedures.
- Responsible for answering TMU Registration email and contacting students directly through phone calls when needed .
- Prepare for the exams schedule with schools.
- Review Report and keep record of deadline with Main Campus Registration team.
- Monitors all outgoing and incoming report records from different departments (class lists, grade sheets, completion forms, etc.).
- Disseminating regular updates on schedules to process requirements (e.g: Add & drop form, drop semester form, withdrawal form, enrollment letter, etc.)
- Assesses students eligibility for enrolment and academic probation.
- Working on a scheduling process through either Manual or Automatic process each semester
- Fulfill students and parents questions directly through phone calls or in person professionally and maintain student record confidential .
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
