Job Description
- Delivering full soft skills and product knowledge Training
- Reports the quality of training
- Monitoring, coaching, briefing team whenever required
- Full responsibility of trainees during the nesting period
- Training vendors trainers
- Attending training sessions delivered by the vendors
- Being fully responsible for the Knowledge Base on daily basis
- Being the technical PoC for the call center
- Getting all the updates from each department and cascading to call center
- Creating and editing the training material
- Reviewing every training content created by the vendors
- Creating training agenda and customized goals
- Being the knowledge keeper in the call center
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role
- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
- MS Office proficiency
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Strong communication skills
- Call Center Back ground is a must
- Very good spoken and written English level
