Job Description

  1. Administrative Support
    • Manage and organize the executives calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Attend meetings and keep minutes
  2. Communication
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication professionally and promptly.
  3. Office Coordination
    • Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
    • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  4. Task Management
    • Monitor and follow up on tasks assigned by the executive.
    • Assist in managing deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  5. Confidentiality and Discretion
    • Handle sensitive information with the almost confidentiality.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to the executive on administrative matters.
  6. Support Functions
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow.

Job Requirements

  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar role.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in [specify required languages, e.g., English and Arabic].
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
