for a Real Estate Account

Calling Homeowners to see if there is interest in selling their
properties. Having a conversation, gathering information, building
rapport, and then passing the lead off to the company.

• *Location: Remote- Worldwide-Foreigners can apply
• Training& Work from home
• Fixed Night Shifts (9 Working hours including 1 hour&10 minutes break
• - 4 PM to 1 AM
• - 5 PM to 2 AM
• - 6 PM to 3 AM

*We re providing:

• The salary is 5500 Egyptian Pounds Basic Salary + Unlimited Bonus (Not even only 10000, Its uncapped)

KPIs Details :

- Bronze tier: 2 qualified leads per day=1,000 LE

- Silver tier: 51 Monthly qualified leads= 1,750 LE

- Gold tier: 60 Monthly qualified leads= 2,500 LE

  Platinum tier: 61+ Monthly qualified leads = 50 LE per Lead(61
  qualified leads = 3,050 LE, 62 qualified leads = 3,100 LE, 100 Qualified
  leads = 5000 LE, 200 Qualified leads =10000 , and so on)

• Internal Promotions and &Referral Bonus
• Ex PBS Agents can apply to re-join

Requirements

-Excellent & Fluent English speakers
