you will be assisting various project teams with internal administrative
requirements on their projects. This will include, but not be limited
to:
management of the project files throughout the lifecycle of the projects
together with the eventual closedown and archiving of projects.
will act as the main point of contact between the Engagement Team and
the MECCAT team and will be responsible for the liaison relating to
client onboarding tasks including any follow-ups with the MECCAT team.
Such tasks will include the following: (1) Conflict Check requests, (2)
DRMS requests, and (3) Background Check requests.
closing, including liaising with the Engagement Team to ensure
everything has been saved to the Project Folder in accordance with the
Engagement Control File Checklist, and archiving the project folder.
