Job title:
Compliance Review Officer/Senior Officer

Job Summary:
Responsible for providing an objective and reasonable assurance regarding the level of implementation of regulatory instructions across the bank through conducting onsite compliance review missions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in assessing bank compliance functions in accordance with regularity standards to ensure that the business and the process are effectively controlled.
-Conduct onsite Compliance review missions on a regular basis according to the set annual plan.
- Implement the Compliance review mission program set by Head of CBE Relation & Compliance Review / Team Leader.
- Communicate and coordinate with the auditors and other related parties subject to the mission review.
- Identify the required data sources and reports & participate in drafting the compliance review report.
- Responsible for submitting the primary findings draft supported by documents and recommending the corrective action to be discussed with the Head of CBE Relation & Compliance Review / Team Leader.
- Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of the Permanent Supervision, Compliance and Money Laundering whenever and wherever possible.
- Ensure the correct adoption of policies and procedures within the Department in order to guarantee that the bank business is conducted in compliance with Local Laws, Internal Rules and Regulations, as well as International Standard.

Experience:
Minimum of 2- 4 years of experience in Compliance,
