Job Description

For a company working in Finance, we are looking for Support Associate, to assume the following responsibilities:

  • Provide answers to customers queries through website and live chat related to company services.
  • Manage interaction with customers on a daily basis and providing the correct information and solutions to help to improve the customer experience.
  • Answer E-mails and respond to live chats in an efficient manner.
  • Identify customer questions, concerns, and overall needs.
  • Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries
  • Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues
  • Giving detailed explanations of services
  • Understanding and striving to meet support metrics while providing excellent customer service.
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
  • Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues
  • Giving detailed explanations of services.
