Responsibilities

  • To assist in implementing the annual customer services plan.
  • To assist in finding new and better ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services.
  • To handle Customer inquiries.
  • To build a strong relationship with customers.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer s needs.


Qualifications

  • At least 1 - 3 years Experience in Customer Services and real estate experience is a MUST.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Bachelors degree.
  • Must be able to meet the demands of an ever-changing business environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, Customer Focus, and administrative skills.
  • MUST have problem solving skills.
