Responsibilities
- To assist in implementing the annual customer services plan.
- To assist in finding new and better ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services.
- To handle Customer inquiries.
- To build a strong relationship with customers.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer s needs.
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years Experience in Customer Services and real estate experience is a MUST.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Bachelors degree.
- Must be able to meet the demands of an ever-changing business environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, Customer Focus, and administrative skills.
- MUST have problem solving skills.
