Job Description
- Welcoming clients and following them up throughout their studies
- Work on the basic preparations that must be made before, during and after the end of the training course.
- Establishing courses on system elements and creating reserve courses, which enhances the performance of the sales team.
- The lecturers problems with regard to coordinating the daily lecture schedule and the timetable for the courses and packages in a complete manner and the extent of their commitment.
- Lecturers inform you of the start and end times of training course lectures.
- Determine the dates for the training courses in line with the lecturers schedule, without affecting the time plan for the training course.
- The liaison between lecturers, clients, and all other departments and divisions regarding training courses.
- Dealing with clients directly regarding training course dates.
- Follow up on all courses and ensure that they are going well and adhere to the previously planned timetable.
- Follow up and review customer reservations with the sales department.
- Dealing with the preparation of various periodic reports, whether daily, weekly or monthly.
- Performing the tasks required of the direct manager
Job Requirements
- Graduates only
- Full time and shift flexibility
- Skills in organizing time, effective communication, and working within a team
- The ability to work under pressure, work on more than one task, and learn quickly.
- The ability to negotiate and find a solution to the problems raised.
- Proficiency in English, level B1
- Computer proficiency and the ability to deal with the Microsoft Office package in a professional manner.
- At least two years of experience in the field of customer service within a reputable company or in the field of coordinating training courses.
