Responsibilities

  • Conducts weekly/monthly meetings with respective business units.
  • Conduct end-to-end talent acquisition to assigned business accounts hiring needs.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Research and analyze trends in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Assist management in conflict resolution
  • Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in HR field
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organizations hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
  • Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, ERP Systems - SAP is a plus
