Responsibilities
- Conducts weekly/monthly meetings with respective business units.
- Conduct end-to-end talent acquisition to assigned business accounts hiring needs.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Research and analyze trends in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Assist management in conflict resolution
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- 3 - 5 years of experience in HR field
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organizations hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, ERP Systems - SAP is a plus
