Job Description
- Handling phone calls, mails and correspondents in a timely manner that a response is given within 24 hours max.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements .
- Following up on any booking of hotels or travel activities and making sure we have the best rates/services.
- Writing formal letter in Arabic/English
- Responsible of the ambiance and image of the office and meeting rooms(ex: Furniture , smell ,general cleanness and Accessories………….etc)
- Maintaining adequate inventory of the office supplies.
- Responsible of the confidentiality of all documents, correspondents and information in general.
- Set up and maintain accurate filing systems.
Job Requirements
- Females only
- Bachelor degree
- Fluent in English is a must and French language is a plus
- Presentable
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Typing speed
