Responsibilities

  • Consults with top management, provides HR guidance and suggests new HR strategies to business accounts and employees regarding policies, HR procedures, and activities, such as recruitment, performance review, training needs and employees relations, besides resolving problems requiring HR management intervention
  • Works closely with the Center of Excellence to deliver and implement new programs and initiatives such as job rotations, succession planning, high potentials, and summer internship
  • Leads the implementation of the Performance Management Systems starting from setting objectives at the beginning of the year to end of year evaluation, besides providing support in coaching and guiding Managers on carrying out performance reviews and providing feedback to employees
  • Develops and create effective Recruitment strategies, policies and procedures and manage all hiring.
  • Sets, updates, and ensures effective implementation of the hiring selection process (internally & externally) and provide guidance and direction to hiring managers during the interviewing and selection process using different assessment tools
  • Develops annual manpower plan and organizational restructures, to guarantee efficient use of resources.
  • Monitors and presents monthly hiring/turnover rates to head of sectors and top management through analyzing data extracted from the exit interviews and recommending methods to decrease its rate
  • Manages the on boarding & Induction process to secure a smooth introduction for the new hires


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • Ability to work quickly and independently with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to proactively prioritize and organize workload and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
