Job Description
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- New hire paperwork processing
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Organize monthly, quarterly, and annual employee performance reviews
Job Requirements
- 0-2 years experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Knowledge of Labor Law
- Collaborative, self-motivated team player
- Extremely organized with fine attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze trends, and create metrics and develop solutions to help shape HR practices and evolve policies
- Interested in growth and supporting a developing business
- Fluent in Arabic & Englis
