Job Description
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and plans based on the organizations workforce needs and hiring goals.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate assessment.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting top talent.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the employer brand through effective recruitment marketing strategies.

Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role for both white & blue collar.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
