Job Description
- Serve as the point person for office manager duties including: Maintenance Mailing Supplies Equipment Bills Errands Shopping
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
- Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Provide general support to visitors
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences

Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily operations of the two branches of the office and ensure their efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Supervising and training employees.
• Coordinate with senior management to define and implement operational goals and plans.
• Effectively manage financial aspects, including budgeting, inventory, and monitor expenses.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and enhance office presence in the market.
• Monitor the budget and manage expenses effectively.
Required qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the field of renting offices or real estate.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with customers.
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Decent appearance and ability to represent the company professionally at all times.
