Job Description

  • Handle the full recruitment cycle by preparing and updating job descriptions, posting ads, HR interviewing & evaluation of selected candidates, and managing the hiring process.
  • Coordinate all the onboarding and offboarding processes for the new hires and resigned employees.
  • Update and maintain the employees files per Egyptian labor law.
  • Coordinate all medical claims, approvals, and refunds with the companys medical provider.
  • Supports staff inquiries and requests on all HR-related issues (Time management, policies and procedures, HR letters, statements, employee legislation, etc...)
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Guide and support employees in the interpretation of HR policies and labor law.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Supports in updating organizational charts and headcount reports.

 

Working hours from 10 AM to 6 PM

2 days off Friday-Saturday

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Experience in Real Estate is a must
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws/social insurance laws
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
