Accounts Receivable Specialist 

Duties and Responsibilities

Run invoices in after warehouse generates the dispatching voucher and review it to check the completeness of the data and accuracy of quantities and units prices according to customer PO and OFF

Recording and application of cash received to outstanding invoices.

Track and investigate deductions from customer payments. Must verify with accounting managers to make sure we are being charged correctly for the chargeback. Need to dispute and negotiate if there is any discrepancy with chargeback. Process Credit Memos for any adjustment after checking the supporting documents.

Reporting for the outstanding dues classified by business units and sales rep. and follow up the collections.

Posting all invoices, cash receipts, returns and other charge to customer accounts timely and accurately.

Ensure and maintain returns being processed in warehouse and make sure the chargeback amount according to the invoices

Provides monthly financial and management reports.

Perform other accounting duties as requested.

Qualifications :

Bachelor Degree of Commerce major Accounting or any relevant. 

Years of experience : from 0 to 2 years.
