Description:

• Preparing the Bank to be compliant with the All-applicable Tax Laws which related to Taxes (Stamp Tax, Real Estate Taxes, Withholding Tax).
• Preparing data for all Taxes’ Provisions and Accruals to cover Taxes’ Obligations.
• Preparing data for taxation studies in the line with the laws and regulations: -

The Quarterly Calculation for Stamp Duty on Loans and facilities.

The Monthly Calculation for Stamp Duty on Advertising.

The Calculation for Real Estate Taxes for any claims received.

The Quarterly Calculation for Withholding Tax.

• Preparing process to submitting all Taxes’ Returns and Tax Payments to be in the line with the approved financial authority: -

Quarterly for (Stamp Duty on Loans and facilities, Withholding Tax).

Every two months for Stamp Duty on Advertising.

By claims received for Real Estate Taxes.

• Preparing data for Tax inspection with Tax authority inspections.
• Preparing data for the BOD and Audit Committee with for all Types for above Taxes.
• Preparing data for annual budget and rolling forecasts
• Preparing data to Provide Tax Authority with tax reports on time in accordance with applicable Tax Laws.
• Preparing data to tax disputes to make sure it will be settled.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other major with tax and accounting (through intermediate)
• Maintain detailed knowledge & good understanding taxes laws and regulations.
• Minimum of 1 - 3 for the officer & for the Sr. officer 3 – 5 years of experiences in (finance and taxes or Job related to Taxes or applying Tax dealings or External Tax Consultants' Offices or Similar)
