Raya Lease, one of Raya Holding subsidiaries is looking to hire a Guest Relations Coordinator.
Responsibilities
Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way.
Addressing and escalating customer complaints.
Providing information about facilities, programs and other services.
Reviewing arrival lists to welcome guests.
Attending to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answering their inquiries.
Helping in preparing welcome folders with collateral (e.g. room service menus, area descriptions)
Providing information about amenities, area and venues and promoting services.
Anticipating guest needs and building rapport with customers.
Offering assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
Addressing customer complaints and escalating relevant matters to Guest Relations Manager when needed.
Recording information in the daily logbook.
Ensuring compliance with health and quality standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
0-2 years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with the hospitality industry standards.
Proficiency in English.
Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Very good computer skills.
Excellent customer focus and a professional attitude.
Excellent communication abilities.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
