| Job Description | Job Responsibilities: Calculate, post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records, and provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization. Performing a cost accumulation tasks with regard to the local and imported products and services provided by the company according to professional costing standards. Issuing a monthly report on the rise and fall of COGS and reporting on periodic variances and their causes. Review and process Invoices and check requests. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date. Reconciliation of payment and prepare varies accounting analysis. Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries. Post business transactions, process invoices, and verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records. Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables Job specific Skills: Organizing and prioritizing skills Very good knowledge of advanced Excel and related computer application.
