Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire hiring process, including handling social insurance forms (1, 2, 6), preparing ATM requests, and performing other related tasks.
- Maintain personnel files in accordance with Egyptian labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with labor law regulations in all HR practices.
- Oversee company medical insurance, including obtaining approvals, processing refunds, and handling claims for employees.
- Record and update various types of leave in the system and prepare monthly reports for the HR Director.
- Prepare and maintain employment records, including those related to hiring, terminations, leaves, transfers, promotions, and assignments.
- Receive and process personnel forms.
- Assist with the orientation of new hires.
- Prepare and distribute the annual public holidays calendar and communicate it to all employees.
- Review company policies and ensure employees adhere to them.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong command of English.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar HR or administrative role.
