Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator at AME Head-Office located in Nasr City. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance managing office equipment handling communication with internal and external stakeholders delivering exceptional customer service and overseeing office administration tasks.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate and supervise daily Head-Office cars & drivers movement
• Receive and answer daily calls messages and emails from AME customers
• Handle customers complaints & follow up customer satisfaction
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Coordinate meetings and recording minutes of meetings
• Assist the Executive manager on daily tasks
• Reservations for AME team abroad business trips & AME foreign visitors
• Keep & follow up the renewal of AME docs. & registers
• Help in organizing AME events
• Supervise the services workers (office-boys & cleaners)
• Follow-up and prepare reports regarding the monthly training plans
• Prepare periodical reports on daily and weekly basis
Job Requirements
• BSc in Business administration or relevant field
• 0-2 years of experience as office admin or secretary
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel Power Point)
• Fluent English
• Administrative Assistance Office Administration and Customer Service skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of basic administrative processes
