Ensure compliance with labour laws
and company policies during the recruitment process.

Assist in employer branding efforts
to attract candidates.

Track and report on key recruitment
metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.

10.Stay up to date with industry trends and recruitment best
practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human
  Resources, Business, or a related field.


• 3 years of experience in
  recruitment or talent acquisition.


• Strong knowledge of recruitment
  techniques and platforms.


• Excellent interpersonal and
  communication skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced
  environment and manage multiple tasks.
