About our client :
A Global EdTech leader and NYSE-listed multinational company that provides an online English E-learning platform for children and youth to more than 50 countries and regions, serving more than 40 million users. Most of our users are from Japan, U.S., Canada and Italy. The increase of students subscriptions continues to break records.
Tasks & responsibilities:
●Conduct calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our products and services.
●Handle customers inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
●Understand customer needs and requirements to provide appropriate solutions and close sales.
●Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
●Follow up on marketing leads and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
●Responsible for upselling sales packages with existing customers.
●Monitor students class attendance.
●Maintain a positive relationship with parents and students.
Location: New Maadi
Working Hours: Sun to Thu (12pm to 9pm), Sat (12pm to 4pm), Fri off
Gross salary: Basic 7k to 15k (depends on experience) + Commission
Team leader : Salary up to 27k + Commission
PS: Team leaders have to lead at least 8 to 10 agents .
PS: Commission for all roles are Unlimited
Job Requirements
Requirements:
▪︎Proven experiences as sales or in a similar role, preferably from telesales industries.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficient in English language in both reading and writing.
▪︎Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
▪︎Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
